Ross has over 40 years of experience in taxation matters, including federal, state and international income tax issues, as well as financial reporting related to income tax issues. Ross works with businesses, their management teams and their owners to maximize the tax benefits and to minimize the tax exposures relating to annual income tax return and financial statement filings. In addition, Ross has successfully managed clients’ tax controversy issues with federal and state taxing authorities.
Ross has worked with companies ranging in size from privately-owned start-up companies to publicly-held enterprises with $500 million in revenue, and has dealt with issues such as foreign corporate ownership, domestic companies with foreign subsidiaries, businesses with multi-state operations, and tax provisions and related footnote disclosure. In addition, Ross has also worked with business owners, “C Suite” level executives and high net worth individuals.

Ross is currently a Partner in the firm of Servatius, O’Brien & Fong LLP. Previously, Ross was with Moss Adams; BDO USA (formerly known as BDO Seidman); PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand; and KPMG (formerly known as KMG Main Hurdman). Ross received his Master in Business Taxation from Golden Gate University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Ross is an active C.P.A. licensed to practice in California, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
